These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 33bmv ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses or uses the 33bmv website, mobile browser interface, or any related service. • Registering or operating more than one account simultaneously.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC verification.

Where 33bmv reasonably suspects prohibited conduct, the Platform reserves the right to suspend access, freeze withdrawals, and conduct an investigation. Accounts with pending KYC verification or active fraud investigations may experience a delay in the closure process.

Closure by 33bmv: 33bmv reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request.
• Extended periods of account inactivity (defined as no login activity for 12 consecutive months).

Where an account is closed by 33bmv due to breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. If no breach is substantiated following the investigation, the balance will be returned to the verified payment method.
